My Story

I'm the youngest of four and grew up in Sunny South FL. From an early age, becoming a ballerina was my dream. I moved away at twelve and a half to further pursue my dancing career in Cary, NC. I danced several hours a day and competed in several prestigious competitions. Sadly, I had many setbacks from head to toe (literally).

A life-changing event happened when I was eleven and a half. My orthodontist pushed my teeth out of the cortical pallet, breaking my bone and shortening my roots. The doctors said I would lose almost all of my teeth. However, by God's grace, my parents found an orthodontist in Arkansas who could save my mouth. Several years later, my teeth have been fixed at age eighteen, yet chronic issues remain. 

Not only did my mouth cause several issues, but I also had injuries related to ballet, ultimately leaving me forever off the stage. 

Working through these challenges created several insecurities and caused me to believe many lies, leaving me hopeless.

However, I'm here today to say that no matter what you've gone through, you are here on Purpose & for a Purpose.

If you have breath in your lungs, you can make a difference in this world. Don't give up; you're needed! 

What's next for me?

Now, I'm off to college on a completely different path, but I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store, even though it isn't what I had planned.
